The Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) in cooperation with Water Sciences and Technology Association (WSTA) introduces the training course on Non-Revenue Water – Advanced Level to be held in Manama, Bahrain during the period 15-19 November, 2015.
Course Objectives:
This course aims at:
- Explaining the main components of NRW and identifies them in the water supply system.
- Enhancing the capacity of the water utilities staff in designing and implementing NRW strategies to reduce the water loss.
- Enabling the participants to be familiar with the concepts and approaches of non revenue water management and reduction approaches of water utilities to enhance the financial and environmental sustainability.
- Improving the planning and design of the water systems strategies and reducing the complaint response time.
