Biography
Executive Director of the Water Research Center at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research. He earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Hydrology from the University College London, United Kingdom in 1988 and 1993, respectively. During his research career he led and participated in several research projects and published more than 40 paper and report, additionally he edited several books on different aspects of water resources.
