We, in the GCC countries, join Ralf\u2019s many colleagues and friends throughout the international community who have been paying tribute to Ralf. Ralf was a very close friend to many WSTA members and was highly committed to contributing and participating in the WSTA scientific activities. He continuously served in the scientific committees of the WSTA conferences, and provided keynote speeches in many of these conferences. The last one was in March 2018 in Kuwait where he delivered a keynote on Managed Aquifer Recharge.
